Music by and for Elliott Smith- June 7th at Dazzle

June 7th at Dazzle, I will be presenting an evening of music by and for the late, great Elliott Smith.  Ron Miles (trumpet), Dave Devine (guitar) and Ed Breazeale (drums) will be joining me.  Ron, Dave and I have all independently written compositions inspired by Elliott's music, and we all play some of his tunes frequently with our other groups, so it only seemed natural to put together an evening dedicated to the music of Elliott Smith.  Tickets at www.dazzlejazz.com.  I have also invited live artist Scramble Campbell to join us as well, which will be a treat!  Hope to see you there.
